I really enjoy Spanish food, and tapas in general, but it’s often a big challenge to find many vegan options. We’ll be serving most of this menu family style, with the exception of the Spicy Catalan Chowder and the Almond Cake for dessert!
This will be our first Saturday night dinner in Chicago, but it will also be our last August dinner as we are going to be spending a month in the Pacific Northwest.
Feel free to bring a nice cava, albarino, rioja, or sherry to drink with your meal, and we’ll keep the food coming! This menu features a lot of bold and fresh flavors, finished off with a sumptuous almond cake with whipped sherry cream.
