Vegan Cheese Dinner in San Francisco!

Since moving to Chicago, we’ve really been working on our vegan cheeses, and would love to share the results with you!
This is an indulgent menu featuring our cultured whipped cashew with roasted sunchokes and rosemary, a molten cheese covered bowl of hot French onion soup, our ‘winter caprese’ of mozzarella and smoked beets, a decadent pasta with cheese fondue, green garlic, and black chanterelles, and our cherry almond ricotta strudel.

Roasted Sunchoke Salad
Roasted sunchokes, smoked apples, and sorrel drizzled with rosemary oil, with whipped cultured cashew.
French Onion Soup
8 hour caramelized onions, crouton, cultured nut gruyere.
Smoked beets, cashew mozzarella, basil, olive oil, balsamic.
Penne with Green Garlic Fondue and Smoked Black Chanterelle
Penne with our warm green garlic fondue sauce, smoked black chanterelle mushrooms, and toasted herb bread crumbs.
Preserved Cherry and Almond Ricotta Strudel
We’ll make an excellent cherry preserve and bake it with our almond ricotta into a light, crisp strudel dough.
